6-8th Grade Instructor
Conor is an elementary special education teacher at Crawford Elementary in Aurora, Colorado. He has been teaching for eleven years. He obtained a bachelors in organizational communications with a minor in child development from Metro State University and a special education cross- categorical K-21 teaching license from Metro as well. He later attended Regis University to gain a special certificate in Linguistically Diverse Education (LDE). Conor will be working to complete a masters degree in social work or educational leadership in the immediate future.
Conor grew up in Franktown, Colorado with four brothers. His parents were business owners and former teachers. He loves sports and everything outdoors that Colorado offers. Conor has been intermittently engaged with the academy for much of his life as a volunteer and now as a teacher for the second year. He is married with two children, two dogs, two cats and too much more to say. “I am excited to come back this summer and share my love of the outdoors and sports with the amazing leaders that the Porter-Billups Leadership Academy is developing.”
